Shipping Method & Areas
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This service is available for all domestic orders within our operational regions. We are continuously working to expand our service areas. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures for international shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are applied to all orders. The final shipping cost is displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping.
Order Tracking
For orders shipped with a tracking service, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.
Delivery Address & Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We cannot modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. AndikoNuru is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
