Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • In the original packaging, including any tags or protective wraps.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used pens.
  • Notebooks with any written content, torn pages, or damaged covers.
  • File folders that show signs of use or damage.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event, unless defective.

Initiating a Return

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Refund Process
